Category – I : Idea Pitching
There are various activities that the Police Department does in its day-to-day operations. In order to make their work smoother, the participants should come up with solutions which can be readily used. The participants have the independence of choosing the problem and come up with an implementable solution. It should have at least the following features.
- It should be innovative and unique
- It should be fully developed
- It should have an efficient user interface
- The code in its entirety with basic user manual have to be submitted
- It should not be a copy of any existing software
- It should be bug free
- It should be related to Police only
The participants have to show functionalities of the developed software during presentation
Category – II : Software Development
Use of Technology for better Policing is the need of the hour. Out of the various requirements lets offer solution to some pressing issues of the Police Department. Bring out the coder in you to develop innovative software for them.
It should have at least the following features.
